Non-perishable items such as pantry items, staples, chocolates & confectionary, tea, coffee and beverages, spices and dry fruits, and wellbeing essentials can be returned or exchanged within a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase. Perishable items such as bakery products, fruits and vegetables, and dairy are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Returns and exchanges can be made by visiting the store from where the purchase was made along with an original proof of purchase. Foodstories reserves the right to inspect any products being brought to the store for an exchange or being returned. The decision to provide an exchange or accept a return of a product is at the sole discretion of Foodstories.

Any refund initiated by us will be credited to the source account from which the payment was made within 5 - 7 working days depending on the third party aggregator’s policy. For purchases made in cash, an electronically generated credit note will be issued to you.
