Kitchen Studio Policy

Before you book a slot with us, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

• Booking and Cancellation: All bookings are subject to availability. To secure a slot, a booking must be made through our official booking channels. Cancellation of a booking must be made at least 12 hours prior to the reserved slot. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee. Once a slot is booked, it cannot be changed. Clients are responsible for ensuring they book the correct date and time.
• Timeliness: Clients are expected to arrive promptly at the beginning of their booked slot. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to set up. If a client arrives late, their slot time cannot be extended. The studio will be made available only for the remaining time of the original booking.
• Studio Rules: Outside ingredients, including food items, spices, and condiments, are strictly prohibited within the studio premises. We provide a well-equipped kitchen for your convenience. Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the studio during their sessions. Any damages caused to the equipment or studio space will be charged to the client.
• Payment: Studio rental fees are charged on an hourly basis. The rental fee must be paid in advance to secure the booking. Payment can be made through our official payment gateway or as otherwise specified by Foodstories.
• Liability: Foodstories is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought into the studio premises. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their team members. Any accidents, injuries, or damages caused during the session are the sole responsibility of the client.
• Photography and Promotion: Foodstories reserves the right to take photographs and videos of the studio premises and client sessions for promotional purposes. By booking a slot, clients grant permission for the use of such media.
• Compliance: Clients must adhere to all local laws, health and safety regulations, and guidelines while using our studio.
