Return and Refund Policy

At Foodstories, we are committed to delivering all products to our customers in impeccable condition and taking every possible measure to safeguard the quality of the sold goods. We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, fresh meat, and dairy products.

However, non-perishable items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for returns will be initiated after a quality check at the store. To be eligible for a return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on the price of the exchanged item, we will either issue store credit/money in your wallet or send a payment link for any differential payment and generate a new invoice. Any refunds processed by us will be credited to the source account used for the payment within 5-7 working days, depending on the policy of the third-party aggregator. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of confirming it by reaching out to our customer service on +91 9004171401 . Please note that express delivery orders cannot be cancelled. We don't allow partial order cancellations, so you'll need to either cancel the entire order or make no changes.
