In a pan, heat ghee and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden.Add tomato puree, garam masala, and a pinch of chilli powder; cook until thickened. Stir in the cashew cream and cooked chicken pieces; simmer until the sauce is rich and creamy. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan.
