Grilled Cheese! Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat, butter one side of each slice of Emmer Wheat Sourdough bread. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet. Layer with sliced cheddar cheese and top with another slice of bread, buttered side up. Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. Serve hot with a side of tomato soup or a green salad.
