Tempura Vegetables! Heat oil in a large pot. Prepare the vegetables by slicing them into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix Japanese Choice Tempura Flour with ice-cold water until smooth (do not overmix). Dip vegetables into the tempura batter and carefully place them into the hot oil. Serve immediately with dipping sauce or sprinkle with salt.
