Kimchi Ramen Noodle Salad! Cook the ramen as per instruction on the pack and cool the noodles. In a large bowl toss the cooled noodles with shredded lettuce, thinly sliced cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes. Whisk together a dressing using soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a touch of honey and pour it on the salad and gently combine. Serve cool.
