Mangosteen Salad with Mint & Lime! Combine mangosteen segments, cucumber, red onion, and red bell pepper in a bowl. Whisk lime juice, fish sauce (or soy sauce), and sugar (and Thai chilli if using) in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Add chopped mint and cilantro, toss lightly. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts if desired, and serve immediately.
