Kimchi Noodle Rice Paper Rolls! Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds to soften. Place a small amount of noodles, carrots, cucumber, kimchi, and herbs in the center of the rice paper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.Repeat with the remaining rice paper wrappers and filling and serve with crispy chilli dip.
