Sushi Rice! Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, transfer the rice to a large bowl. Add UMAI Sushi Vinegar to the rice while it is still warm. Mix gently using a wooden spoon or rice paddle to evenly distribute the vinegar. Allow the seasoned rice to cool slightly before using it to make sushi rolls or nigiri.
